SiliconNet Technologies Sdn Bhd - SNT (394813-H) is the organization operating Sarawak Pay for Sarawak Multimedia Authority (SMA). SNT is introducing campaigns for Sarawak Pay Users as one of the strategic actions to encourage cashless payment.

 

Campaign is set out with Terms & Conditions as follows:

  1. Every user is to download and register Sarawak Pay APP to participate in the Lantun dan Menang Game. User is to perform any 1 of the 3 Sarawak Pay activities (Sign Up, Top-Up or Scan & Pay) to be eligible.
  2. This promotion activity is provided at Dewan Mesra, Simunjan from 9th January 2020 to 12th January 2020. Any claim of prize after this date is invalid and shall NOT be considered.
  3. Residents of Simunjan and the public are encouraged to participate. Organizers, staff of SNT, SAINS, SMA and other booth vendor participants and its subcontractors are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
  4. Eligible user will have three (3) attempts to throw pingpong ball into the Pringle-can from a distance as set by Sarawak Pay personnel. Eligible user may claim the prize(s) that is in the Pringle-can.
  5. Sarawak Pay promotional gifts are given while stocks last.
  6. SNT reserves the right and is at its absolute discretion to modify, withdraw, suspend, extend or terminate this promotion prior to the expiry of the promotion period, wholly or in part, at any time.
  7. Gaming, manipulating the original intention of this promotion in any form is prohibited. SNT reserves the right to suspend/terminate if any merchant or user found to participate such activities.
  8. SNT’s decision on all matters relating to this promotion shall be final and conclusive. SNT shall not be obliged to give any reason or enter into any correspondence with any person on any matter concerning this promotion. No appeal and/or correspondence from any Merchant or User or any third party will be entertained.
  9. SNT shall not be responsible nor shall accept any liability of any nature and however arising or suffered by the User or Merchants and/or any third party resulting directly or indirectly from this promotion.
  10. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, the Users and Merchants agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
