Sarawak Pay Day – Top Up Reward Campaign

 

SiliconNet Technologies Sdn Bhd - SNT (394813-H) is the organization operating Sarawak Pay for Sarawak Multimedia Authority (SMA). SNT is introducing campaigns for Sarawak Pay Users as one of the strategic actions to encourage cashless payment.

 

Campaign is set out with Terms & Conditions as follows:

 

  1. To be eligible for this Top-Up Reward, user must perform a top-up into their Sarawak Pay e-wallet using Internet Banking, Credit/Debit Card or selected BSN Top-Up Agents.
  2. The overall allocated fund for this Top-Up Reward campaign is RM300,000.00
  3. This Top-Up Reward campaign is for one (1) day on Sarawak Day, which will start on 00:00:00, 22nd July 2019 and shall end on 23:59:59, 22nd July 2019 or when the allocated fund is fully issued, whichever is earlier.  
  4. Each Sarawak Pay account is eligible for one Top-Up Reward only.
  5. The Top-Up Reward amount issued is randomly generated.  
  6. SNT reserves the right and is at its absolute discretion to modify, withdraw, suspend, extend or terminate this promotion prior to the expiry of the promotion period, wholly or in part, at any time.
  7. Gaming, manipulating the original intention of this promotion in any form is prohibited. SNT reserves the right to suspend/terminate if any merchant or user found to participate such activities.
  8. SNT’s decision on all matters relating to this promotion shall be final and conclusive. SNT shall not be obliged to give any reason or enter into any correspondence with any person on any matter concerning this promotion. No appeal and/or correspondence from any Merchant or User or any third party will be entertained.
  9. SNT shall not be responsible nor shall accept any liability of any nature and however arising or suffered by the User or Merchants and/or any third party resulting directly or indirectly from this promotion.
  10. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, the Users and Merchants agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
