SiliconNet Technologies Sdn Bhd - SNT (394813-H) is the operator of Sarawak Pay for Sarawak Multimedia Authority (SMA). SNT is introducing campaigns for Sarawak Pay Users as one of the strategic actions to encourage cashless payment.

 

This Rainforest World Music Festival (RWMF) 2019 Campaign is set out with the following Terms & Conditions :

1. User is to Scan & Pay through Sarawak Pay APP at 

a) authorized ticket sellers 

b) vendors at events venue

c) the Rainforest World Music Festival (RWMF) 2019 official website https://rwmf.net (user can also choose the login & pay option)

2. Sarawak Pay User is eligible for exclusive cashback, up to RM30 per transaction.

3. This campaign promotion is from 3rd June 2019 until 21st July 2019. Any claims of the discount outside this campaign period will not be considered. 

4. Authorized ticket sellers are as follows:

a) Amogha Tours & Travel Sdn Bhd

b) Paradesa Borneo – One Wayang Tours

c) Sunset Homestay / Sunset Lodge

d) Inter Continental  Travel Centre Sdn Bhd

5. Updated list of authorized ticket sellers, vendors or any businesses involved in RWMF that are eligible will be updated in www.sarawakpay.gov.my

6. SNT reserves the right and is at its absolute discretion to modify, withdraw, suspend, extend or terminate this promotion prior to the expiry of the promotion period, wholly or in part, at any time. 

7. Gaming, manipulating the original intention of this promotion in any form is prohibited. SNT reserves the right to suspend/terminate any merchant or user if found to participate in such activities.

8. SNT’s decision on all matters relating to this promotion shall be final and conclusive. SNT shall not be obliged to give any reason or enter into any correspondence with any person on any matter concerning this promotion. No appeal and/or correspondence from any merchant or user or any third party will be entertained.

9. SNT shall not be responsible nor shall accept any liability of any nature and however arising or suffered by the user or merchant and/or any third party resulting directly or indirectly from this promotion.

10. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and Sarawak Pay Users and Merchants agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
