FAQ - Sarawak Pay Show off your Cashback Contest
1. How to participate in this contest?
Step 1: Download and Register the Sarawak Pay App.
Step 2: Spend at DBKU participating merchants at during Agenda OKSHE event.
Step 3: Shake or Tap for cashback upon spending
Step 4: Screenshot your cashback received after spending
Step 5: Like our Sarawak Pay Facebook Page. Upload your screenshot in the comment section of the ‘Show-off your Cashback and Win’ post on Sarawak Pay Facebook, tag three (3) friends and answer why should you use Sarawak Pay in the most creative way.
2. Who can participate in this contest?
Everyone is able to participate in this contest. Participants below the age of 18 must have parental consent before joining the contest.
3. Will my cashback screenshot still be valid if I spend with Sarawak Pay outside the AGENDA OKSHE event?
No, your cashback screenshot will NOT be valid if you spend outside the DBKU event. This contest is exclusively for Agenda OKSHE event from 25th – 30th March 2019.
4. When is the winner’s announcement and how do I claim my prize if I win?
The winner will be contacted through Facebook messenger and winners can claim their prize during the time allocated for prize giving ceremony:

Prize Giving Time: 7pm
Date: 29th March 2019
Prize Giving Time: 7pm
Date: 30th March 2019
Prize Giving Time: 8pm
5. How will the winners be contacted?
The winners will be contacted via personal message on Facebook. Winners are required to provide SNT the following
6. What if the winner cannot make it for the prize giving ceremony?
The winner can send a representative to receive the prize. Representative will need to bring a copy of YOUR IC during prize giving ceremony for verification purposes. Failure to do will result in forfeit.
7. How many times can I participate?
You can participate as many times as you want within contest period from 25th – 30th March 2019.
8. When does the competition end?
The competition will officially end on 30th March 2019
9. Can I screenshot my History of proof of payment instead of showing my cashback screenshot?
No, your entry are only valid if you screenshot your cashback and NOT the history of proof of payment.
10. How do I confirm the authenticity of the authorized SNT personnel if I have been contacted as the winner?
All winners will be contacted personally via FB Messenger on our official FB page. An authorized SNT personnel will NOT ask to reveal your personal bank information, 6-digit payment pin, and password.
