SiliconNet Technologies Sdn Bhd - SNT (394813-H) is the organization operating Sarawak Pay for Sarawak Multimedia Authority (SMA). SNT is introducing campaigns for Sarawak Pay Users as one of the strategic actions to encourage cashless payment with Terms & Conditions as follows:

This contest shall commence from 25th March 2019 at 9:00AM until 30th March 2019 at 2:00PM.
Any extension shall be at the sole discretion of SNT.
Contest Mechanics
1. User must spend at any participating Sarawak Pay merchants during Agenda OKSHE event from 25th March 2019 until 30th March 2019 at Kuching Waterfront.
2. User must post a screenshot of their cashback earned and upload as a comment in official Sarawak Pay Facebook “Show off your Cashback & Win” post within duration of contest stated.
3. User will need to write a creative statement of “Why they should use Sarawak Pay”
4. There will be 3 rounds of contest:
Contest 1 will begin on Monday at 9:00 AM until Wednesday at 12:59 PM
Contest 2 will begin on Wednesday 1:00 PM until Friday 12:59 PM
Contest 3 will begin on Friday 1:00 PM until Saturday 1:59PM
Winners will be contacted via Facebook messenger from 4pm onwards and are required to be present during prize giving ceremony at our Sarawak Pay booth 9 & 10 (Corporate Expo) later on the same day. Winners are allowed to send representatives. Representative must bring a copy of the winner’s NRIC as proof.
5.For each round, there will be one (1) winner for the grand prize of HUAWEI Mate 20 and ten (10) consolation winners of RM 50 e-money to be credited to their Sarawak Pay account. Grand prize winner will not be eligible for the subsequent contest.
6. Organizers, staff of SiliconNet Technologies, SAINS and SMA are not eligible to participate in this contest.
7. Judges decision are final and conclusive.

Winners will be selected based on the following criteria:

3. Tag 3 friends
4. Write a creative statement on why they should use Sarawak Pay.
*Note - Winner’s selection is based on judge’s discretion and is final.
- Prizes are not transferrable or exchangeable in any other forms.
General Terms and Conditions
1. SNT reserves the right and is at its absolute discretion to modify, withdraw, suspend, extend or terminate this contest prior to the expiry of the contest period, wholly or in part, at any time.
2. Gaming, manipulating the original intention of this contest in any form is prohibited. SNT reserves the right to suspend/terminate if any user found to participate such activities.
3. SNT’s decision on all matters relating to this contest shall be final and conclusive. SNT shall not be obliged to give any reason or enter into any correspondence with any person on any matter concerning this contest. No appeal and/or correspondence from any User or any third party will be entertained.
4. SNT shall not be responsible nor shall accept any liability of any nature and however arising or suffered by the User and/or any third party resulting directly or indirectly from this contest.
5. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, the Users agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
