This Campaign is organized by SiliconNet Technologies Sdn Bhd (SNT) as one of the strategic actions to encourage cashless payment. All users are eligible for this campaign and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

Campaign Terms and Conditions

1.       Cashback reward is valid for payment via SPayGlobal eWallet except for the following:

a.    Merchant Category: Donation, Lottery (effective 1st July 202)

b.    Merchants outside Sarawak (effective 1st August 2023)

c.     Payment via Internet Banking (FPX)

d.    Payment via UnionPay

e.   Any other merchant deem not eligible for Cashback Campaign (effective 17th October 2023)

2.       Users may claim the instant cashback by “shake” or tap on the “Shake for Reward” button after successful payment. 

3.       Cashback amount given is randomly system generated.

4.       Cashback will be credited into user’s SPayGlobal Reward Account. Amount in the Reward Account is owned by the Operator (SNT); therefore is not transferrable or withdrawable by user.

5.       During user’s payment, system will first deduct balance from Reward Account, and then the remaining amount from user’s eWallet.

6.       Earned cashback will be deducted (rollback) accordingly in the event user decides to cancel the purchase, subject to merchant’s refund policy. If user has insufficient amount in Reward Account, the balance shall be deducted from eWallet.

7.       User is not entitled to claim any balance in the Reward Account in the event the user close/terminate SPayGlobal account.

8.       SNT reserves the right at its absolute discretion to modify, withdraw, suspend, extend, exclude or terminate this Campaign prior to the expiry of the Campaign Period, wholly or in part, at any time. 

9.       Gaming or manipulating the original intention of the Campaign in any form is totally prohibited. SNT reserves the right to suspend/terminate the user AND recover all the rewards paid if any user is found to participate in such activities.

10.   SNT’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign shall be final and conclusive. SNT shall not be obliged to give any reason or enter into any correspondence with any person on any matter concerning the Campaign. No appeal and/or correspondence from any user or any third party will be entertained.

11.   SNT shall not be responsible or accept any liability of any nature and however arising or suffered by the user and/or any third party resulting directly or indirectly from the Campaign. 

12.   By the act of the individual user participating in the Campaign means that the user has read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions. 

13.   These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and users agree to submit to the nonexclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

Sarawak Pay 2019 Cashback Campaign

 

This Campaign is held by SiliconNet Technologies Sdn Bhd (SNT), the organization operating Sarawak Pay for Sarawak Multimedia Authority (SMA). SNT is introducing campaigns for Sarawak Pay users as one of the strategic actions to encourage cashless payment. All Sarawak Pay users are eligible for this campaign and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

Campaign Period

This campaign shall starts on 24th January 2019 until further notice with terms and conditions set for herewith:

 

1. Cashback Campaign Terms and Conditions

         i.            Cashback reward is valid for payment via Sarawak Pay eWallet only. Payment via Internet Banking is not entitled for cashback reward.

       ii.            No minimum spending is required to enjoy this reward.

  1. All users may claim the instant cashback by “shake” or tap on the “Shake for Reward” button after successful payment using Scan & Pay or Pay Bill.

      iv.            Cashback amount given is  issued randomly.

        v.            Cashback will be credited into user’s Sarawak Pay Reward Account. Amount in the Reward Account is owned by the Operator (SNT); therefore is not transferrable or withdrawable by user.

      vi.            During user’s payment, system will first deduct balance from Reward Account, and then the remaining amount from user’s eWallet.

    vii.            Earned cashback will be deducted (rollback) accordingly in the event user decides to cancel the purchase, subject to individual merchant’s refund policy. If user has insufficient amount in Reward Account, the balance shall be deducted from eWallet.

   viii.            User is not entitled to claim any balance in the Reward Account in the event the user close/terminate Sarawak Pay account.

 

2. General Terms and Conditions

  1. SNT reserves the right at its absolute discretion to modify, withdraw, suspend, extend or terminate this Campaign prior to the expiry of the Campaign Period, wholly or in part, at any time. SNT shall post notice of such change at www.sarawakpay.gov.my.
  2. Gaming, manipulating the original intention of this promotion in any form is prohibited. SNT reserves the absolute right to suspend/terminate if any merchant or user found participated in such activities.
  3. The record of transactions maintained by SNT and SNT’s decision on all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final and conclusive. SNT shall not be obliged to give any reason or enter into any correspondence with any person on any matter concerning this Campaign. No appeal and/or correspondence from any Merchant or User or any third party will be entertained.
  4. SNT shall not be responsible nor shall accept any liability of any nature and however arising or suffered by the User/Merchant and/or any third party resulting directly or indirectly from this Campaign.
  5. SNT reserves the right to modify, add, delete, suspend and/or vary these terms and conditions, from time to time, wholly or in part, at its absolute discretion, by providing the latest version at www.sarawakpay.gov.my. User/Merchant will be given sufficient notice prior to these variations through email, written, verbal or via platform/Sarawak Pay App.
  6. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, the Users and Merchants agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
