Sarawak Pay Merchant Incentive Campaign
SiliconNet Technologies Sdn Bhd - SNT (394813-H) is the organization operating Sarawak Pay for Sarawak Multimedia Authority (SMA). SNT is introducing campaigns for Sarawak Pay Users as one of the strategic actions to encourage cashless payment. All Merchants registered in Sarawak Pay are eligible for the campaign. Merchants participating in Sarawak Pay may use the Sarawak Pay service for FREE until 30 JUNE 2019 or such other extended dates as may be determined by SNT from time to time.
Campaign Period
This campaign started on June 2018 and is hereby extended to April 2019 with campaign period, terms and conditions set for herewith:

1. Merchant Cash Rewards Campaign Terms and Conditions
i. Every participating merchant is to receive cashless payment via Sarawak Pay eWallet.
ii. During this promotion campaign, merchants are offered a special 10% incentive on Customer’s Eligible Purchase or RM500, whichever is lower. As an example, if the total Sarawak Pay collection for each period is RM2500, the incentive given for that period shall be RM250. The maximum incentive per period is RM500 for each merchant.
iii. To be eligible for the incentive, the overall transactions for each period must be from a minimum of FIVE (5) different Sarawak Pay eWallet.
iv. Customer Eligible Purchase shall be any purchase of products and services affected using Sarawak Pay eWallet except any refunded, disputed, unauthorized or fraudulent retail transactions.
v. The 10% incentive of the Sarawak Pay total transaction amount collected for the period shall be paid to the merchant’s registered bank account latest by the 10th of the following calendar month
2. General Terms and Conditions
i. SNT reserves the right at its absolute discretion to modify, withdraw, suspend, extend or terminate this Campaign prior to the expiry of the Campaign Period, wholly or in part, at any time. SNT shall post notice of such change at www.sarawakpay.gov.my.
ii. Gaming, manipulating the original intention of this promotion in any form is prohibited. SNT reserves the absolute right to suspend/terminate if any merchant or user found participated in such activities.
iii. The record of transactions maintained by SNT and SNT’s decision on all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final and conclusive. SNT shall not be obliged to give any reason or enter into any correspondence with any person on any matter concerning this Campaign. No appeal and/or correspondence from any Merchant or User or any third party will be entertained.
iv. SNT shall not be responsible nor shall accept any liability of any nature and however arising or suffered by the User or Merchants and/or any third party resulting directly or indirectly from this Campaign.
v. SNT reserves the right to modify, add, delete, suspend and/or vary these terms and conditions, from time to time, wholly or in part, at its absolute discretion, by providing the latest version at www.sarawakpay.gov.my.
vi. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, the Users and Merchants agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
