Yes. Any staff could use the same account as long as you are willing to share the username and password.

You may reset in your Sarawak Pay Merchant Admin website under Cashier > Cashier Operator Management > Reset Password.

You may email us your business details at hello@sarawakpay.gov.my.

Ensure that your phone’s operating system is up-to-date as Sarawak Pay Merchant is only supported on iOS Version 8.0 and Android Version 5.0 and above.
