Sarawak Pay – Bedudun Digital Lawas Lucky Draw

 

SiliconNet Technologies Sdn Bhd - SNT (394813-H) is the organization operating Sarawak Pay for Sarawak Multimedia Authority (SMA). SNT is introducing campaigns for Sarawak Pay Users as one of the strategic actions to encourage cashless payment.

 

Campaign is set out with Terms & Conditions as follows:

 

  1. To be eligible for this Lucky Draw contest, user must perform any of the following actions:
  • Download and Register as New User
  • Top Up Sarawak Pay e-Wallet
  • Spend with Sarawak Pay
  1. Users can perform the above actions (Item 1) between 1st August 2019 to 6th August 2019, unless terminated earlier provided by clause 6 hereunder. Any claim of prize after this date is invalid and shall NOT be considered.
  2. User eligibility will be verified by Sarawak Pay personnel at Sarawak Pay booth located at Institut Latihan Islam Malaysia (ILIM), Lawas.
  3. Eligible user will need to fill in their Full Name, NRIC, Sarawak Pay username and Sarawak Pay registered mobile number in the Lucky Draw entry slip.
  4. Each user is allowed to have multiple entries but may only claim the first winning drawn.
  5. Organizers, staff of SNT, SAINS and SMA are not eligible to participate in this contest.
  6. SNT reserves the right and is at its absolute discretion to modify, withdraw, suspend, extend or terminate this promotion prior to the expiry of the promotion period, wholly or in part, at any time.
  7. Gaming, manipulating the original intention of this promotion in any form is prohibited. SNT reserves the right to suspend/terminate if any merchant or user found to participate such activities.
  8. SNT’s decision on all matters relating to this promotion shall be final and conclusive. SNT shall not be obliged to give any reason or enter into any correspondence with any person on any matter concerning this promotion. No appeal and/or correspondence from any Merchant or User or any third party will be entertained.
  9. SNT shall not be responsible nor shall accept any liability of any nature and however arising or suffered by the User or Merchants and/or any third party resulting directly or indirectly from this promotion.

10.  These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, the Users and Merchants agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
