SiliconNet Technologies Sdn Bhd - SNT (394813-H) is the operator of Sarawak Pay for Sarawak Multimedia Authority (SMA). SNT is introducing campaigns for Sarawak Pay Users as one of the strategic actions to encourage cashless payment.
The Sarawak Run 2019 Campaign is set out with the following Terms & Conditions:
- User is to Scan & Pay through Sarawak Pay APP at authorized ticket seller.
- User is eligible for a RM5 discount per ticket for the Normal Category only.
- This campaign promotion is from 9th May 2019 until 31st May 2019 or closing date as extended by the organizers of Sarawak Run. Any claims of the RM5 discount outside this campaign period will not be considered.
- Authorized ticket sellers with RM5 discount for Sarawak Run 2019 is at Ultron at CityONE Megamall.
- SNT reserves the right and is at its absolute discretion to modify, withdraw, suspend, extend or terminate this promotion prior to the expiry of the promotion period, wholly or in part, at any time.
- Gaming, manipulating the original intention of this promotion in any form is prohibited. SNT reserves the right to suspend/terminate any merchant or user if found to participate in such activities.
- SNT’s decision on all matters relating to this promotion shall be final and conclusive. SNT shall not be obliged to give any reason or enter into any correspondence with any person on any matter concerning this promotion. No appeal and/or correspondence from any merchant or user or any third party will be entertained.
- SNT shall not be responsible nor shall accept any liability of any nature and however arising or suffered by the user or merchant and/or any third party resulting directly or indirectly from this promotion.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and Sarawak Pay Users and Merchants agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
