Terms and Conditions:
- Every user is to redeem their eMoney via Sarawak Pay eWallet.
- Users can redeem their e-Money value based on the redemption chart displayed below. For each time you redeem, the maximum amount is RM20.
- This promotion is solely for Kuching Festival from 27th July to 19th August 2018. Unless it is terminated earlier provided by clause 6 hereunder, the promotion shall end on 19th August 2018 at the same time as the said carnival. Any claim on redemption after this date and time is invalid and shall NOT be considered.
- This promotion is only valid for transactions via Sarawak Pay at any participating stalls.
- eMoney given is based on cumulative transactions per wallet at the point of redemption. Cumulative transactions can only be applied once.
- SNT reserves the right at its absolute discretion to modify, withdraw, suspend, extend or terminate this Promotion prior to the expiry of the Promotion Period, wholly or in part, at any time. SNT shall post notice of such change at www.sarawakpay.gov.my.
- Gaming, manipulating the original intention of this promotion in any form is prohibited. SNT reserves the right to suspend/terminate if any merchant or user found to participate such activities.
- SNT’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final and conclusive. SNT shall not be obliged to give any reason or enter into any correspondence with any person on any matter concerning this Promotion. No appeal and/or correspondence from any Merchant or User or any third party will be entertained.
- SNT shall not be responsible nor shall accept any liability of any nature and however arising or suffered by the User or Merchants and/or any third party resulting directly or indirectly from this Promotion.
- SNT reserves the right to modify, add, delete, suspend and/or vary these terms and conditions, from time to time, wholly or in part, at its absolute discretion, by providing the latest version at www.sarawakpay.gov.my.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, the Users and Merchants agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. SiliconNet Technologies Sdn Bhd, SNT (394813-H) is the organization operating Sarawak Pay for Sarawak Multimedia Authority (SMA).
